The M Series. The M Series lathes are extremely versatile machines that can be used for machining many different types of parts. Software developed by Romi and GE Fanuc gives powerful conversational programming capabilities to the 21i-T control that have not been available on any other lathe. These features are combined with high rates of metal removal, rapid positioning and excellent machining precision. From 16”-43” swing and 40”-200” turning length these lathes boast 10-30 HP spindle drives with spindle speeds ranging from 2 -4,000 RPM.

The G Series. The G Series Turning Centers provide a significant increase in productivity resulting in  increased profitability. Designed for high production environments, they offers high torque, exceptional precision, less down time and greater efficiency. Structural slant bed design makes them ideal for heavy machining. From 22.8”-26” swing and 27.95”-51.2” turning length these lathes boast 30-50 HP spindle drives with spindle speeds ranging from 780 –2,500 RPM.

Centur 30G. The Centur 30G is a high performance 2-axis CNC gang tooled turning center with a GE-Fanuc 0i-T conversational control that incorporates the latest innovations in economical bar turning. It has a unique U shaped cross  slide with T slots for tool holder positioning which allows flexibility in the tool set up so tools can  be used for multiple applications. Live tooling and position indexing can be added to finish machine in one clamping which results in reduced labor costs. Machine has a 1.65” bar capacity with a 4.72” max. cutting length.

Romi C Series. Romi's new C-Series Lathes offer outstanding value, operating flexibility and productivity.

Starting at about $40,000 a C-Series lathe can help shops of any skill level produce high quality parts with minimal labor costs. There is no reason for shops to turn down work because of a shortage of skilled CNC machinists. With the C420, Romi has put the skill into the machine, software and controls.

The C-Series is designed for smaller machine shops, short to medium run parts, secondary operation work, and tool & die shops.

Romi VTC Series
